You can either use dried, powdered leaves of the holy basil as it is
or mix it with mustard oil/ orange peel powder for brushing your teeth.
The highly valued holy basil (tulsi) is known to protect against
bleeding gums and also increase the whiteness of the teeth
Remedy No.2
This may be one of
the most popular of the natural teeth whitening home remedies. The
chemical reaction of baking soda with the citrus of lemon juice has a
smile-brightening effect. Either one of these ingredients works well,
but together they are super-effective. Only brush with this solution up
to once per week as it can wear away the tooth enamel if used too
frequently. If irritation occurs, the baking soda may be too abrasive
for your gums, so discontinue use. If you’re worried about damaging
tooth enamel, try some of the other solutio

your own whitening toothpaste. The acids in the strawberry work to
polish and whiten your teeth. Limit this remedy to about once a month.

Warning: this tastes awful, but it works so well it's worth it.
1) take a cotton ball or pad ad dip it in olive oil. rub it on the front
surface of your teeth for a few minutes. this takes away the surface
stains,
2) mix peroxide, baking soda, and lemon juice in a small cup. it will fizz. swish in your mouth for 5 minutes, DO NOT RINSE.
3) Dip toothbrush in apple cider vinegar (white vinegar works as well,
but not as much) and brush teeth. it will tingle and this part is the
worst because of tha taste of the lemon mixture. when you are done,
swish with the vinegar until you cannot stand the taste.
4) Brush teeth regularly with whitening toothpaste.
5) Swish olive oil in your mouth for 20 minutes. It feels nasty and
taste bad but you get used to it. I usually do this part while I'm
showering.
9) Brush teeth again or rinse with mouthwash to get the taste and texture out of your mouth,
yes, it tastes like torture, but if you can handle it. it works wonders.
Rinse ur mouth out repeat a couple times & ur all done
